Educational Qualification: 

1. Post No.1: (i) 12th Class pass from a recognized Board or University (ii) Skill Test : A typing Speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (Time allowed 10 Minutes) (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 key depressions per hour/ 9000 key depressions per hour on average of 5 key depression for each word).
2. Post No.2: (i) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University (ii) Skill Test : Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription : 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
3. Post No.3:  12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University + Diploma in Draughtsman-ship of a minimum duration of two years from a recognized Institute. OR Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate as Draughtsman from a recognized Institute.+ Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade
4. Post No.4: (i) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and (ii) Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade.
5. Post No.5: 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University; + Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade. OR  Industrial Training Institute (ITI) pass Certificate as Cook from a recognized Institute.+ Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the Trade.
6. Post No.6: (i) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and (ii) Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade
7. Post No.7: (i) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Must possess the civilian driving license for heavy vehicles. (iii) Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in driving heavy vehicles.
8. Post No.8:  12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University + Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade. OR  Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate as Carpenter from a recognized Institute. + Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade
9. Post No.9: (i) Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. (ii) Must possess the civilian driving license for heavy vehicle. (iii) Certificate of minimum six months duration in use and maintenance of first aid, fire fighting appliances and Tailor fire pumps from recognize Organization or Undertaking. (iv) Must be physically fit
10. Post No.10: Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in Baker and Confectioner from a recognized Institute. OR  Matriculation pass or equivalent examination from a recognized Board / Institute. + At least one year experience of working as Baker and Confectioner from a recognized Organization.
11. Post No.11: Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in ‘Cycle Repairer’ from a recognized Institute. OR Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/ Institute. + At least one year experience of working as Cycle Repairer from a recognized Organization.
12. Post No.12: Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in Printing Machine Operator from a recognized Institute. OR Matriculation Pass or equivalent examination from a recognized Board / Institute. + At least one year experience of working as Printing Machine Operator from a recognized Organization.
13. Post No.13: Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in Boot Repairer from a recognized Institute. OR Matriculation Pass or equivalent examination from a recognized Board / Institute. + At least one year experience of working as Boot Repairer from a recognized Organization.
14. Post No.14: 10th pass
